FEATURES
K-704 is neutral, one part, room cure RTV rubber silicone Sealant.
No toxic, have no pollution and corrosion to the surfaces.
Excellent performance of electric insulation, aging resistance, and damp and moisture proof.
Long working temperature (-600C~ 2500C).
Apply in metals bonding, or seal in the surfaces between metal/not-metal substrates.
APPLICATION
(1) Sealing and bonding in electronics components, semi-conductors, and electronics
appliance, etc.
(2) Waterproofing and encapsulating in electrical heaters, electronic devices, etc.
(3) Mostly apply in sealing and bonding of the motor with its metal shells, sealing in car
taillights, optical instruments and camera lens, etc.
(4) Bonding the electrics shells, motors, and sealing the electronics components, etc.



HOW TO USE
Preparation
The surface should be clean and dry before application.
Curing Condition
Squeeze out the glue to get fully room cure.
The whole cure time is less than 24h.
Attention
1.Adhesion to the temp-tolerant components, first, room cure in a few minutes, then, put it into
the moisture oven for 4 to 8 h between 500C to 1000C to get full cure.
2. Screw the nozzle tightly and store it well for next time using.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE
Put in cool and dry place(less than 25 celcius), the shelf life is 12 months
